Delivery & Returns

Postage to the UK is charged at the rates in the following table. For postage outside the U.K please email: polly@craft-ability.com for details.

Delivery

• We will dispatch your order within 2 – 3 working days if the fantabulous items you have purchased are all in stock (see later regarding payment by cheque). However, this cannot be guaranteed during busy periods.

• All postage is by standard Royal mail post or parcel service so, as I’m sure you’ll understand, we cannot accept liability for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered, or any delay, or for any damage or defects to goods delivered that are caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control.

• If any items are not currently in stock you will be notified by email as soon as possible. We can then hold your order back until these items become available or a credit will be given to you by the same means as you paid for the goods.

Returns/Refunds and cancellation of orders

• Please email us within 2 days of receipt of the goods if goods arrive damaged or are incorrect. We will replace or refund as required. – Please do not return the goods without contacting us first.

• We will issue a returns number which should be clearly marked on the parcel you are returning.

• We are happy to refund items providing they are returned in their original condition. If the items come in sealed packs, these items must not be opened (and we do check thoroughly as we cannot sell used goods).

• You must pay the postage cost of the returned goods and responsible for their safety during transportation.

• When returning items please obtain a proof of posting as we will not accept responsibility for any lost in transit back to us.

• Some items do not travel well in a Jiffy bag, please ensure all returns are packed in suitable packaging and returned in a re – saleable condition.

• If any returned goods arrive in a non – saleable condition eg. Opened/used we will not offer a refund.

• Books and stencils of any kind are non – refundable as we have had items being copied and used in the past.

• I’m sorry but we cannot offer an exchange service.
